At Bells of Steel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gym build, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our premium strength equipment. If your gear doesn't help you smash your PRs, we'll help you get it sorted.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Gear
Ensure all items are disassembled and placed back into their original packaging with all hardware and manuals included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
